LATE POLICY
​If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment without notice, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and need to reschedule your appointment.  Please Call you stylist asap.  Our direct lines are located on our individual booking sites.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are SICK, we ask that you kindly reschedule, the cancellation fee is not enforced.
Visit our booking sites and then click MY APPOINTMENTS to edit.

7 day notice is required for Haircutting and Chemical Services. 
You will be charged FULL AMOUNT of missed appointment if you forgo your appointment and
NO SHOW with NO Communication.
That is why a credit card is entered when you book. 
Cards are only kept on file for the duration of requested appointment.​
