Only One Consultation Per Person can be booked per appointment date.
LATE POLICY
If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment without notice, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and need to reschedule your appointment. Please Call you stylist asap. Our direct lines are located on our individual booking sites.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are SICK, we ask that you kindly reschedule, the cancellation fee is not enforced.
Visit our booking sites and then click MY APPOINTMENTS to edit.
A "No Show" will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of a missed appointment.
That is why a credit card is asked for when you book online.
Cards are only kept on file for the duration of requested appointment.
If you choose to RESCHEDULE After the required Advanced Notice, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the appointment
OR will be charged a “Rescheduling Fee” to be determined by the stylist.
A 3 day advance notice is required for all Haircutting Services.
A 5 day advance notice is required for all Chemical Services.
