CONTACT POLICY
To book an appointment, Cancel or Reschedule
you must use the Square booking system.
IF YOU ARE SICK, we ask that you
reschedule by contacting
your stylist directly.
The cancellation fee will not be enforced.
APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL
Do not arrive earlier than 5 mins
before your appointment time.
If you are 5-10 minutes late to an appointment,
we may not have the appropriate amount
of time needed to complete your service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24 hour notice is required for
Haircutting Services.
72 hour notice is required for
Chemical Services.
If you do not show up for your appointment,
you be be considered A "No Show".
You will be charged the FULL AMOUNT
of a missed appointment.
That is why a credit card is asked for
when you book.
Cards are only kept on file for
the duration of requested appointment.
